Android Ice Cream Sandwich is the latest version of the Google Android OS. The ICS has brought lots of new features, revamped user interface, and several other improvements. One of the new thing that ICS has come up with is a new font, called Roboto. Roboto is a sans-serif font that has just been introduced with the Android 4.0. Any user who updates his device with the new ICS, he will be able to test out the new font look. The aim of this font is to attract as much attention from the user as it could do. With the font on your Android smartphone home screen, you will be able to read the notifications as well as the clock quickly.

Unfortunately, this font is not included with the older versions of Android, e.g., Froyo, Gingerbread, and Honeycomb. So, if you have a device running on any of these releases, you will not see the new Roboto font. But, an Android user has found out an easy way to download and install the Roboto font on older versions of Android. Thus, you will be able to experience the new font on your device without upgrading your smartphone to Ice Cream Sandwich. The process is simple, and it has been divided into steps for your convenience. Follow these easy steps and you will end up with an entirely new font on your Android device called Roboto.
