News broke today that Apple is now officially selling the unlocked iPhone 5. This device is great because it means that they’re no locks into any one particular carrier. It is typical for mobile companies offering unlocked versions of their product once the item has been on sale for a while.

Still, this version has hit stores sooner than what many would have expected. Following suit with what seems a hurry up to get their products out quicker than what we would usually see.

Consumers will have these unlocked iPhone 5 available for purchase today. There will be no wait between now and when you can find them in stores.

The official Apple price list is as follows:

  • 16GB for $649
  • 32GB for $749
  • 64GB for $849

As you can see the value gets better and bigger with the more capital, you pay. It is a pattern that Apple always comes out with each year. Consumers can expect to pay an additional $100 for each upgrade every time Apple release the open version of their product. For each time, you pay an additional $100 you can get double the storage that you originally would have had. There is no accurate or erroneous interpretation with which one you should buy.

It all just depends on how much money you have to spend. If you look at the figures, it almost seems dumb to buy a 16GB version when you can get so much extra out of the other versions. However, this isn’t the case. The 16GB version is still a good deal because you are mainly paying for the device, not the storage.

If you can’t get out of employment, you can place your order online from Apple and have their unlocked iPhone 5 reserved.
